I am entering a contest to win a month of backpacking in the wilderness with National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS) taking their Wind River Wilderness course. A month. In the wilderness. Where food is apparently dropped off every seven days by helicopter, if we are lucky enough to not be snowed in. One backpack, everything in it. Showers once a week, at pit stops. Sleeping in a little sleep tent on the ground. But still I am very excited and SO want to do this.
